      In this role you will provide after-sales support for Marvin windows and doors, collaborating with our customers to provide outstanding customer experience.

      As a Field Service Technician, you will receive a company vehicle, a $1,500 sign-on bonus, a company-funded wellbeing account to fund the things that help you feel happy and healthy, along with all the other amazing benefits Marvin has to offer.

      Highlights of your role

      • Provide post-sales support for Marvin Companies’ windows and doors.
      • Performs and completes service requests as assigned, on Marvin products with the ability to problem solve and diagnose difficult issues in the field.
      • Provides professional, timely communication with all customers and Marvin support staff.

      • Assisting with helpful information on the care, operation, and maintenance of Marvin products.

      • Efficient time management, route planning and service job scheduling that meets our stated service goals and the needs of our targeted customer.
      • Prepare clear, concise jobsite documentation that provides insight to the inside support staff to facilitate timely resolution of all service requests.
      • Manage and maintain company issued assets, i.e. trucks, tools, phone and computer/notepad.
      • Meet company safety requirements by keeping work area neat and clean, following safety precautions, and utilizing required personal protective equipment, and reporting any safety issues to the manager.
      • Salary Range: $31-36 per hour based on experience.

      You're a good fit if you have

      • High school diploma
      • Excellent driving record and valid driver's license.
      • 3-5 years of construction experience, including installation practices and window and door product knowledge.
      • Must be able to meet physical requirements of position including lifting up to 75 pounds and climbing ladders and scaffolding.
      • Must meet the Federal Department of Transportation medical certification requirements (pre-employment Physical) and driver eligibility.
      • Excellent communication skills: must be able to deliver a difficult message when necessary.
      • Excellent computer skills with the ability to use Marvin computer programs and systems.
      • Must have the ability to make sound decisions that impact the company from a financial standpoint.
      • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to create effective weekly work schedules.
