      Key responsibilities:

      • Conducts general office and administrative duties such as timely routing of phone calls, preparing documents and letters, welcoming visitors and maintaining the appearance of the office area.
      • Maintain databases and spreadsheets with accuracy and efficiency, compiling reports as needed.
      • Responsible for scheduling meeting and associated logistics.
      • Update and distribute various communications regularly.
      • Provides support for various HR and operations projects or tasks as needed/requested.
      • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive documents, programs, information, is maintained at all times.

      Knowledge/Skills:

      • Excellent customer service experience is required
      • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs; the ability to learn manufacturing software (ICIM) and other programs
      • Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness
      • Strong organizational skills required
      • Must possess a strong respect for the heightened level of confidentiality required in this role
      • Must be able to maintain composure during difficult situations

      Qualifications/Experience:

      • High School Diploma or equivalent
      • Prior experience working in an admin or customer service role and savvy with computer software and related technology
